I believe that therapy can be a profoundly positive experience. In the over twenty years as a Licensed Psychologist, I have prioritized developing a trusting relationship with my clients that fosters safety while working towards beneficial goals.

In my down time, I love spending time with my family and my dog. I was a collegiate athlete and remain an outdoors enthusiast, enjoying hiking and playing pickleball. In addition, I have a passion for all things music, including attending live music and playing guitar.

In working primarily with adolescents and adults, my therapy approach emphasizes collaboration and acceptance while also providing motivation for behavioral change and emotional healing.
I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and implusive behaviors such as self-harm and addiction.
I am extensively trained in both EMDR and DBT.
