About Jessica

Life’s journey is filled with peaks and valleys, and it’s okay to seek guidance when the path feels unclear. I’m Jessica Miceli, a mental health therapist, and I am here to help you explore the depths of your story, unearth resilience, and discover your authentic self.

Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be a transformative experience, providing individuals with the tools to overcome challenges, improve relationships, and achieve a greater sense of fulfillment. I am here to support you on this journey towards healing and self-discovery.

If you are seeking wisdom on how to redirect your life, step into a space of healing and transformation, where individuals and couples are empowered to rewrite their stories. Embracing a genuine and positively affirming approach, I believe you are wonderfully made to love and be loved. Together, we’ll explore the depths of your experiences, fostering healing, resilience, and renewed sense of purpose. Whether you are an individual seeking personal growth or a couple navigating the complexities of connection, I’m here to support you on the path to lasting healing and positive change.

I believe in the inherent strength of every individual and their capacity for growth and change. Focusing on your unique needs and goals, my approach is to empower clients to enhance self-awareness and develop effective coping strategies.  Growing up, I encountered challenges that tested my resilience. This is what sparked my interest in mental health, leading me on my path to becoming a therapist. My goal is to share with you the lessons I learned on my journey and provide you with the tools to cultivate your own sense of resilience in the face of life’s adversities.

Areas of Practice

I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Specializing in mood disorders, betrayal, relationship/attachment issues, grief, and trauma.

I also offer 4-6 hour couple's intensives using the Gottman method to jumpstart the counseling process.

For those seeking Christian counseling, I provide a safe space to explore and express your beliefs. Recognizing the diversity of paths that individuals tread, I am sensitive to your unique needs and experience. Each person’s journey is respected and honored.
