I believe in the inherent strength of every individual and their capacity for growth and change. Focusing on your unique needs and goals, my approach is to empower clients to enhance self-awareness and develop effective coping strategies.  Growing up, I encountered challenges that tested my resilience. This is what sparked my interest in mental health, leading me on my path to becoming a therapist. My goal is to share with you the lessons I learned on my journey and provide you with the tools to cultivate your own sense of resilience in the face of life’s adversities.
