About Roger
Dating back to high school, I can recall always having had a strong interest in Psychology. I started my undergrad work at Gordon College. Upon graduation, I spent two years in Sierra Leone in the Peace Corps, which was a great experience and very challenging.

When I returned to the United States, I felt called to ministry and went to seminary at Fuller Theological Seminary in California. I worked as a youth minister and associate minister for fifteen years. During that time, I felt called to return to counseling, so I obtained a second master's degree in counseling from Gordon Cornwall Theological Seminary. For the last twenty five years, I have lived out my calling to come alongside people who are hurting.

During my down time, I enjoy woodworking, carpentry, gardening, kayaking, and sailing. My wife and I also enjoy traveling together, and so far, we have visited over twenty countries. I love getting to know people from different cultures!
